Right now I'm reading Norman Vincent Peale's book called "Positive Imaging." Norman discusses the importance of goals and how we need to see them clearly before we are able to achieve them. Do you have an easy way to collect goals and see them every day? I've got mine down on a chalkboard with a checkbox next to each of the goals. I can easily check off my goals as I achieve them. I'd encourage you to think about an easy way to track your goals. This will ensure that you reach them!!! :)
